Who are you?

As a member of the AppFactory, you’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team that has a scrum master, a product owner, QA engineers and UX/UI designers. To be part of this team, we’re looking for the kind of tech lead who….

  • Has lead a team technically, ensuring best practices are adopted.
  • Is comfortable interviewing engineering candidates.
  • Contributes to architectural decisions that shape how apps are built.
  • Loves Swift and you can use the language to it’s full potential.
  • Won’t forget about Objective-C, it’s still around, we still like it, we just love Swift more.
  • Knows why we write tests first, and you’re not afraid to evangelise and spread this mentality.
  • Won’t ship until all the tests are green, and you know why you want to automate this.
  • Understands the value in clean, well crafted code.
  • Works with RESTful API services.
  • Degree level education, its not essential but shows you have the ability to learn stuff.
